Step 1

Contact Customer Service within 30 days should you wish to return an item to get your FREE returns label to arrange an exchange.

Pack up your return in the original Skin Experts packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.

Step 3

Attach the printed address label obtained from our customer service team to your package from the shipping document that came with your order.

Step 4

Please take it to your nearest Post Office to use our FREE returns service. Please request a 'proof of postage' receipt and keep it safe until we have confirmed that your returns have arrived.

H.E.O.Ⓡ Mask Apply as the last step of your evening skincare routine, after Hydr8 B5 Intense. Smooth Step 1 of H.E.O. Mask over the face, neck and décolletage - avoiding the eye area. Allow to absorb for a few minutes, then gently massage Step 2 of H.E.O. Mask into the same areas. Leave on overnight. Apply 2-3 times a week or as required. Organic Cotton Headband Wash before first usage and as required thereafter on a 40° cycle. Leave to air dry.
