The ProLon meal plan should be followed for five consecutive days, after which you transition for one day, before resuming your normal diet. Each box is clearly labelled by day, so you know exactly what to eat and when. You can change the order of what you eat – but don’t rotate/swap boxes or food items from one day to another – or carry over food to a different day.
