Shipping & Delivery

Shipping for all UK orders is Free. Delivery fee to Ireland is £4.50. We do not offer an express delivery. At present we only ship within the UK and Ireland. Your order will be delivered within 7 working days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Goods will be despatched by Skinbrands Warehouse DSV and delivered by DPD who will email you details of expected delivery. A signature will be required on delivery.

Orders & Returns

If you have purchased directly from our website and you wish to return an item you must first contact us on within 14 calendar days of receipt. Our customer care team will then provide you with a unique freepost label which much be attached to your return. Provided your product has not been used (unless faulty) we will then issue a full refund on receipt of your return (minus shipping and handling fees).


In the unlikely event that you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, please discontinue using it immediately – and if possible take a photograph of the reaction. Contact us as soon as possible on 03330 15 15 44 for further advice.
